Let her sleep, for when she wakes, she will move mountains
Sleep, something we all need, and it's amazing what we can do when get are getting a restful sleep each night.

Our new go-to for night time diffusing is 3 drops each of Lemon, Lavender, and Frankincense Young Living Essential Oils.  Other than the lavender, the combination surprised me as something that would help us sleep.  But after doing a little research it makes sense.

Lemon improves relaxation and is good for nervousness, agitation, and similar.

Frankincense also helps with relaxing, promotes mediation, improves attitude, and uplifts spirits.  Sounds like a little bit of a chill-out oil, which is good before bedtime. :-)

Lavender is well known for providing a calming, and relaxing scent.

Knowing all of that, it explains why it's so helpful at bedtime.  We've discovered that oils work differently on each of us.  I have another combination that does well for me, but not as much for Kevin.  When a friend passed on this combination it was great to learn we both loved it!

It's always good to have a variety of oil combinations you like for sleep.  Don't stick with the same one night after night as your body will adjust to it.  Switch it up, over time you'll have plenty to choose from!

These work great for the kids too, just start out with fewer drops.  This would also work great in a roller bottle, diluted appropriately,  to put on the bottom of their feet at bedtime.
